Grant To Children Awaiting Parents Organization To Give Voice To Children Waiting For Adoption

ROCHESTER, NY – The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has awarded a $45,000 grant to Children Awaiting Parents (CAP) for "A Right to be Heard," a program that empowers older children waiting for adoption in 18 NY State counties to speak in their own voices. Children Awaiting Parents serves Oswego County.
