Adoption: A second chance at family

The bright yellow balloon lolls above the heads of the three young children before sinking down to the floor, where all three scamper after it.

Adoption process can go several ways

Bradenton Herald | 10/22/2005 | Adoption process can go several ways:

"Adoptions are usually arranged either through an agency or an attorney who specializes in adoptions. Adoption agencies are either public or private. Public agencies, which are usually operated by state governments, tend to deal mainly with older children who have medical or psychosocial special needs."
